The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting moral hypocrisy in order to correct inappropriate organizational processes in Tehran Tax Affairs Department, using the mixed exploratory research method in both qualitative and quantitative parts. functional in purpose; From the point of view of the data, it is an exploratory mixture which is done by the hierarchical analysis method or AHP. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes the employees of Tehran's tax affairs field, who according to the statistics are 628 people and have sufficient qualifications. In the qualitative part, Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size, therefore, the number of 239 employees of the Tehran Tax Affairs Department was evaluated due to the lack of access to the entire society from a non-random and available sampling method, and statistical analysis was done. has taken. In the qualitative part of the research, semi-structured interviews have been used to collect data until reaching theoretical saturation. A small part of the questionnaire method has been used. The results showed that under the influence of the talent category, efficient promotion system, human resources management, organizational support, etc. If there is no moral hypocrisy in the organization, it will not be realized. In order to prevent disruptions in the process of change in the organization, resource management programs should be used to provide qualified personnel that have a direct effect on eliminating moral hypocrisy in order to correct inappropriate organizational processes
