Identifying the effective factors on organizational learning in the conditions of the Corona crisis using the fuzzy Anp method (Study case: Tehran District 17 Municipality)

Abstract

The aim and purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors on organizational learning in the conditions of the Corona crisis using the fuzzy Anp method (case study: Tehran District 17 Municipality). This research is practical in terms of purpose and the research method is descriptive-exploratory. The statistical community of experts of this research is made up of 30 university professors and specialists of the 17th district of Tehran (managers and senior experts) and the statistical community of 269 employees. In this research, the purposeful sampling method was used. Sampling was done based on the knowledge and experience of people and their availability. The main factors affecting organizational learning in the conditions of the Corona crisis were identified based on the research background and the opinion of experts on transformational leadership, learning culture, knowledge management and organizational behavior, and a total of 10 sub-criteria were determined for the main factors. The results of the research showed that the learning culture was the most effective on organizational learning in the conditions of the Corona crisis in the municipality of 17th district of Tehran, and then the factors of transformational leadership, knowledge management and organizational behavior were ranked next.
