This research aims to extract a model for promoting organizational resilience in order to control inflation and maintain production growth in Shahid Ghazi Pharmaceutical Company. Organizational resilience refers to the ability of an organization to cope with economic fluctuations and crises and recover quickly from them; a characteristic that enables organizations to continue their activities and development even in inflationary conditions. The research method is based on the inductive approach of grounded theory, in which the theory is formed based on concepts extracted from real data. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with senior experts with scientific and research expertise and experience in the company. These data were analyzed after going through an open, axial, and selective coding process, and a grounded theory related to organizational resilience was developed. The final research model includes effective dimensions and components, causal, background, and intermediary conditions, and elements constituting resilience that show the pivotal phenomenon, consequences, and public policy strategies. Finally, practical suggestions are presented for strengthening organizational resilience in Shahid Ghazi Pharmaceutical Company so that the organization can perform better in inflationary conditions and maintain production growth. This model can help improve economic sustainability and organizational performance.
