The main objective of the present study is the effect of knowledge-based human resource management practices, knowledge sharing on innovative performance with the mediating role of social capital in Iranian Customs. The present study is an applied research in terms of its purpose. Also, in this study, we describe and study what is, so it is considered a descriptive study. On the one hand, since the researcher has been present in the real life conditions of an organization, this study is actually a field study. The statistical population of the present study is all employees of the Customs Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is 5000 people based on statistics received from the organization. Given the limited statistical population, a statistical sample of 357 people was obtained using the Morgan table. And a simple random sampling method was used for sampling. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data. They have acceptable validity and reliability. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least squares (PLS) approach was used to analyze the data collected by the research questionnaires using Smart PLS2 software. The results of the hypothesis test show that: Knowledge-based human resource management practices affect social capital, social capital affects knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing affects innovative performance, Knowledge-based human resource management practices affect knowledge sharing with the mediating role of social capital, social capital affects innovative performance with the mediating role of knowledge sharing.
