This study aimed to evaluate both the validity and reliability of a value orientation pertinent to human resources management within the Social Security Organization. The target demographic comprised employees from the northwest region of the country working at this organization. Numerous theories exist concerning the appropriate sample size for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses; however, a consensus in many credible studies indicates that with 42 factors identified, a sample of 210—being five times this number—would be adequate. To enhance certainty, a total of 231 samples were chosen. The appropriateness of the sample size was assessed using Bartlett's and KMO tests. Data were gathered through a tailored questionnaire inspired by Mahmoudi et al. (2025) that incorporated six dimensions and 42 items relating to the value orientation in human resources management. Reliability was determined via Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which confirmed the tool's adequacy. Subsequently, the model was analyzed through a confirmatory factor analysis using Amos and SPSS software. Results demonstrated that the value orientation model relevant to human resource management at the Social Security Organization was validated, encompassing six dimensions—cultural values management, professional values management, organizational values management, individual values management, psychological values management, and knowledge values management—along with 42 indicators, all showing high internal correlations.
