Abstract:
The present study aimed to determine the role of fintech in improving the organizational performance of banks. In this research, the method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population consists of 158 employees of Keshavarzi Bank of West Azarbaijan province that using Morgan table, the sample size was estimated to be 112 people. To measure the variables, the questionnaire of applying new technologies in the Bank of Farhangi and Associates (2015) and the Achive Organizational Performance Questionnaire (1984) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the standard and its reliability was 0.779 and 0.815 through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. Considering the abnormal data, structural equation analysis was used under Smart PLS software and bootstrapping analysis to test the hypotheses. The results showed that fintechs and its components (use of telephone bank, Internet banking, mobile banking, use of terminal vending machine, ATM) have a positive and significant role in improving organizational performance.
