Leadership is known as one of the key factors in the success of organizations. Leadership styles can have profound effects on employee motivation. Also, organizational culture can act as an important mediator between leadership styles and career motivation. The main goal of this research is to investigate and analyze the relationship between leadership styles and job motivation of employees with regard to the mediating role of organizational culture in the organizations of Kohgilouye and Boyer Ahmad provinces. This research is of a descriptive-survey type and has been done in a quantitative way. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees of government organizations in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula and 380 employees were selected as samples by simple random sampling. The data collection tool includes three standard questionnaires to measure leadership styles, organizational culture and job motivation. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been confirmed. Data were collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. Research findings show that leadership styles have a positive and significant effect on job motivation. Also, organizational culture plays a significant mediating role in this relationship. Based on the results of the research, managers can improve the job motivation of employees by adopting appropriate leadership styles and paying attention to organizational culture. Paying attention to these factors can help increase the efficiency and productivity of organizations.
