This research aimed to evaluate the components of talent management and its impact on job performance. The research method is practical in terms of its purpose, and from the point of view of implementation, it is correlational-descriptive and among survey studies. The statistical population consists of managers, ssampling, a sample size of 168 people Through Cochran's formula, 295 people were selected from the statistical population. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by consulting university professors and the reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The characteristics of the sample members and the research variables were described through descriptive statistics and the hypotheses were tested through inferential statistics. In this way, the normality and uniformity of the research data were first confirmed through the non-parametric statistics of Smirnov and Kolmograf. Observations of the average test showed a T-student that the components of talent management are in a good and suitable condition because their average is more than 3 and the T of each component is positive and the significance level is less than 0.05, and on the other hand, the regression results indicated that the components of talent management Job performance has a positive and significant effect, thus these components are able to predict job performance at the same time, and it was also observed that the components of human resource development, maintaining and maintaining human resources, and employing human resources respectively and with 99% certainty affects job performance.
