Ethical leadership by creating values, moral awareness, etc ,. causes organizational health, pragmatism regarding the organization's values. On the other hand, nowadays, the automotive industry is the engine of economic growth and one of the most important industries in the economy in terms of financial turnover, therefore, it should be strongly focused on its sustainable development and the effects and challenges related to it should be identified and analyzed. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking ethical leadership indicators in sustainable organizations in SAIPA Company as a study. The nature of the research was conducted in an exploratory manner and initially, based on the background study related to ethical leadership indicators, primary dimensions and components were identified and the basics of interview questions were placed in the qualitative section. Checking the structural equations section with PLS software and also using SPSS and Smart pls software to analyze and interpret the results. According to the output of the software. In the confirmatory factor analysis section, it was also found that after removing 2 items in the model modification phase, the components of the questionnaire have a significant factor load and explain the research variables in a meaningful way. The results of qualitative and quantitative data analysis showed that organizational characteristics, individual characteristics and group characteristics are the components of ethical leadership in sustainable organizations, each of which is defined and explained with indicators.
