Organizational resilience means the ability of the organization to face environmental risks and crises, as well as the ability to survive, resist and grow in challenging situations. This issue is important in various fields of the organization and is emphasized for the survival and growth of the organization. Everyone feels the negative effect of inflation on economic well-being and the reduction of purchasing power, and they want to control prices and at least stabilize their real income. By affecting economic growth, investment, employment, distribution of income and wealth, and even the political and social conditions of a country, inflation can affect all the activities of that country. Therefore, this research seeks to derive a model for promoting organizational resilience in order to curb inflation and maintain production growth. The method of this research is based on the inductive approach of the database theory, in which the theory is formed through the concepts obtained from the data. The necessary data in this research through interviews with high level experts of the company who had experience and expertise in this field; Was obtained. The data obtained from the interview were analyzed during the process of open, central and selective coding, and based on this, a database theory was obtained in the field of organizational resilience. The model designed in this research includes effective dimensions and components, causal, background, mediating conditions, and constituent elements that show the central phenomenon, consequences, and implementation strategies of the public policy. Finally, practical suggestions are presented.
