Determining the relationship between organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship through strategic innovation in the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Fars

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the relationship between organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship through strategic innovation in the employees of the Department of Sports and Youth of Fars. This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 114 employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars, of which 95 people were selected as a sample using the total number sampling method. The data collection tools were Marguerite Hill's standard organizational entrepreneurship questionnaires (2003), Wood's organizational structure (2005) and Jafari's strategic innovation (2012). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there was no significant relationship between organizational structure, organizational entrepreneurship and strategic innovation. And there was a positive and significant relationship between strategic innovation and entrepreneurship, and finally, organizational structure was not significant with organizational entrepreneurship through strategic innovation.
