Abstract

, this research has been carried out with the aim of "investigating the role of ambition in stimulating creativity among entrepreneurs". The participants included 129 entrepreneurial managers and entrepreneurs who were selected using the introduced list of Shiraz University Entrepreneurship and Employment Center in a simple random method. The research method was a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative), which in the qualitative part of the metacomposite approach and in the quantitative part of the descriptive method of causal correlation; based on structural equation modeling was used in a new way. Based on this, 4 individual and entrepreneurial factors, economic and financial, technology and innovation and organizational knowledge were identified as effective factors on stimulating the creativity of entrepreneurs. In addition, the validity in both methods was confirmed in an acceptable manner, and the reliability in the metacomposite approach was confirmed based on Lincoln and Guba (1985) indices and in the preliminary study of the quantitative part, using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. In order to analyze the findings of this study in the qualitative part of document analysis (with emphasis on domestic and foreign studies) and in the quantitative part of descriptive statistics (demographic indicators using SPSS software and inferential statistics (resulting from structural equation modeling criteria with software) Smart PLS) was used. Finally, the results showed that all 4 individual and entrepreneurial indicators, economic and financial, technology and innovation, and organizational knowledge had a significant effect on stimulating the creativity of entrepreneurs.
