The relationship between happiness in the work environment and organizational entrepreneurship (case study: employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars province)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Study of relationship of happiness at work with organizational entrepreneurship of employees of the Fars of Sport and Youth and the number was 144 individuals. From 144 individuals, 93individuals were chosen as the sample.The nature of this research is descriptive survey research. The data collection tool included the standard happiness at work questionnaire Aksford (2002) and the standard organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire Mar gari hil (2003).
